Bay Area Asphalt and Cements Works Inc. responded quickly to our request for an estimate and ultimately replaced our old concrete with a new 6” concrete floor. Now our forklifts are operating smoothly and above all safely. We also had multiple large areas of failed asphalt removed and replaced by BAACW and the quality of the work has made a noticeable difference in our shipping yard.   • Bay Area Asphalt and Cement Works Incorporated was able to correct extensive root damage at a business park I manage in Sunnyvale. The repairs have made the parking lot much safer for pedestrians. After the repairs were done, we had a sealcoat and re-stripe applied to our asphalt parking lot and it looks better than I have ever seen it! The work was completed very fast and the quality is in line with what we were guaranteed. I will be in contact with Bay Area Asphalt and Cement in the future if we need any more repairs on our asphalt.
